Our 4 Corners Tap Room offers local craft brews, spirits, and wines. Our primary offering is beer brewed at the Copper Turret Restaurant & Brewhouse in conjunction with SUNY Morrisville’s brewing program. We proudly carry multiple other locally-sourced brands as well.

Copper Turret Haflinger Witbier **4% ABV**
Light yellow and hazy, with bold orange peel and spicy coriander jumping out in the nose of this traditional Belgian-Style Witbier. Delicate tartness along with bitter orange peel balance against coriander in the mouth with delicate Belgian yeast character from our house Belgian strain.
Copper Turret Mo’ Vegas Sour Power **5% ABV**
A student project of Mary Cosenza, this cranberry kettle sour includes 100% NY malt and hops, and utilized Chobani yogurt to sour the wort prior to fermentation. Delightfully pink, tart and loaded with cranberry flavor, not to be missed!
Foothill Hops Farm Brewery Bear Path Brown **4.8% ABV**
A full bodied American brown ale with deep cocoa and coffee flavors. Chocolate malt and Willamette hops for bitterness have led this favorite to be nicknamed “Hop Cocoa.” 86% NYS malt and of course, 100% Foothill hops.
Buried Acorn Brewing Hot Whip **6% ABV**
Hazy, hot, and humid. Our middle hop child is rich, creamy and full of Centennial, Ekuanot, Boadicea, and Bramling Cross Hops. Hopped it like its hot.
