Joe’s Jerky is the creation of Jodie Lynn Patla and her father, Joe Robinson, a Vietnam Veteran with over 40 years experience as a meatcutter in the supermarket industry. Joe had a knack for creating some of the thinnest and tastiest meat snacks, and it wasn’t long before local businesses were asking to sell his product. In 2010, they went into business fulltime and opened up a small country store and manufacturing facility. After one year, they moved into their present facility where they are able to meet both the current demand and future needs. Joe’s has developed from a small country store to a full service Butcher Shop, Deli, Bakery and source for locally made items.
