Mary Molina is the mother of LOLA SNACKS. After hitting a rough patch, her family of 6 found themselves on food assistance, so Mary started making simple energy bars that her children could eat without disrupting their allergies, while satisfying her husband’s hunger. As she started packing the snack bars in lunch bags for family, more and more people reached out asking to buy them, and the rest is history. The bars are named Lola, after her daughter who is allergic to soy – an ingredient in most snacks on the market. The ingredients are simple, using only gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan ingredients and packed full of nutrients.
