Owner Karyn Korteling began making artisan bread for her restaurant as a natural companion to the existing mission of the restaurant: an unwavering commitment to serve food made from scratch. While handcrafted breads made with simple, fresh ingredients are essential elements for success, they are not the only fundamentals that set this business apart. Pastabilities’ unique menu items such as its homemade ravioli and signature “spicy hot tomato oil” are crowd pleasing favorites.
