Nelson Farms’ fully licensed, commercial kitchen is available as a commissary for interested renters. The kitchen provides basic cooking equipment to renters looking for a space to prepare grab & go foods, wash dishes, etc.:

The kitchen is available Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Reserving kitchen space is quick and simple; just contact our kitchen supervisor to schedule. The starting rate for commissary use of Nelson Farms’ kitchen is $30 per hour, for a minimum or one hour. Please note that commissary fees are based on the needs of the renter and may be adjusted based on those needs.
Product and processor safety is the top priority of Nelson Farms. Therefore, we ask that all renters complete a 20-C Food Safety Course prior to first use. We offer an online 20-C Food Safety Course that is good for two years.
Per licensing, Nelson Farms is a peanut-free facility, and does not allow raw meat to be processed in the facility.
