Ingredients
- Poor Richard’s Cornbread Mix
- ½-¾ cup frozen corn thawed
- 2 jalapeños de-seeded and de-veined, finely minced
- ⅓ cup water
- 4 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add water to cornbread mix.
- Mix in corn and jalapeños.
- Pour batter into a baking dish and drizzle
- 2 tablespoons of honey over the batter.
- Bake according to the box.
- Allow cornbread to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle remaining honey over the top.
