Fat Crow Gourmet's mustards and sauces began in the restaurant of their brewery in 2017. They were so popular they decided to take the leap into bottling them, in true artisanal fashion, hand-packed in small batches in their kitchen. Their signature sauce, Honey Sriracha, is a must try.
Since then, Fat Crow has added new products and expanded into both sweet and spicy jams.
People always ask where the name "Fat Crow" came from. The inspiration for the name comes from Thomas Ravenscroft’s ballad The Three Ravens (1611) and the old Scottish ballad Twa Corbies.
