Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover chili
- 5 baked potatoes
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
Instructions
- Bake potatoes at 400 degrees until done.
- Allow to cool. Half, and scoop out filling.
- Fold in chili and half of the cheese.
- Spoon filling back into potatoes.
- Top with cheese and bake until warm and golden.
